Reservation Policies
Season: May 1st to October 31st
Reservations accepted beginning April 1st.
Reservations are required. We do not guarantee that there will be any available sites with short notice.
Weekends: two day minimum
Statutory holiday weekends: three day minimum
At time of reservation a confirmation number will be given to you which will hold a site for you. We guarantee a site. We do not guarantee the site you requested. We reserve the right to move you if circumstances dictate.
Check in time: after two pm
Check out time: Before one pm - A $5.00 charge will be applied to your credit card for each hour or part of an hour that you remain on the site.
Parking: management reserves the right to charge parking to any visitor to your site. Only two vehicles on your site at any time.
If you wish to park a boat on site the boat and trailer are considered one vehicle. We require you to have a launch pass for each night of your stay if you bring a boat.
Cancellation Policies
The office staff will issue you a cancellation number to prove you did call to cancel.
Refunds: No cash refunds.
Statutory holiday weekends: 100% payment in full at time of reservation. No refunds.
More than two weeks notice prior to arrival date: No cash refund. A gift certificate will be issued which can be used at another time. This gift certificate will be less a 15% administrative fee with a minimum $15.00 charge
Less than two weeks notice prior to arrival date: No cash refund. A gift certificate will be issued which can be used at another time. This gift certificate will be less a 50% administrative fee.
Leaving early after checking in: No refund of balance not used. If we are able to rebook the site reserved, we will issue a gift certificate for the balance less a 15% administrative charge with a minimum charge of $15.00. Only the office staff can issue gift certificates or accept any cancellation.
General Rules
Please read additional rules and regulations Schedule R for all rules pertaining to the marina and campground. We have a very limited number of sites availalable for rental. We have felt it necessary to implent these refund and cancellation policies due to the number of people who cancel at the last minute and we are unable to rebook. We do not wish disappoint any of our customers who would have liked to rent that site but were told it was not available.
